Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy in a fully remote role. You will drive traffic, conversions and customer lifetime value across PPC, paid social, email, SEO, and content, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ecommerce marketing, a proven growth track record, and strong leadership, analytics, and budget-management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing with a focus on strategy and performance.
• Proven track record of growing ecommerce businesses.
• Extensive experience with PPC, paid social, affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus and Magento; strong analytics skills (GA).
• Strong SEO, email marketing and content marketing in ecommerce.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management.
• Ability to work independently and lead a remote team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end ecommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions and LTV.
• Oversee and optimize all performance channels including PPC, paid social and affiliates.
• Manage and grow the email program with segmentation and automation.
• Lead social media strategy to enhance engagement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams on product descriptions and site content.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility for key categories.
• Analyze campaigns and website data; translate into actionable plans.
• Manage ecommerce marketing budget for ROI optimization.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices; guide cross-functional teams.
• Work with product, sales and web teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
