Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Retail Manager to lead our client’s online store from a remote-first setup in South Africa. The role requires strategic thinking across website performance, UX, and marketing campaigns to grow online sales.

You will manage a distributed team, optimize pricing and merchandising, and drive ROI through analytics, CRO, and customer journey optimization. A strong track record in e-commerce leadership and remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management.
• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and customer journey mapping.

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website for UX, navigation, and conversion.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of e-commerce specialists.
