Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Remote E-commerce Assistant to support online operations for a growing boutique. The role covers product data entry, order processing, customer service, and content updates, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience from a home office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or e-commerce support role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product data entry, including descriptions, pricing, and images on the e-commerce platform.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with shipping partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Update website content, including blog posts, banners, and promotional information.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management team.
• Assist with the organization and management of digital assets (images, videos, etc.).
• Support the marketing team in executing social media campaigns and email newsletters.
• Conduct basic website testing to ensure functionality and user experience.
• Gather and organize customer feedback and reviews.
• Assist in preparing reports on sales, website traffic, and customer service metrics.
• Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the online store.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support the e-commerce team.
