Placements24 is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital banking platforms from a remote home office in South Africa. You will shape the customer journey, enhance UX, and ensure secure, seamless online and mobile transactions across the bank's digital channels.

The role requires 3-5 years in digital banking or product management, strong UX/UI knowledge, and Agile collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 3-5 years in digital banking, product management or related tech role.
• Proven track record of launching digital financial products.
• Strong UX/UI, customer journey mapping, and analytics knowledge.
