Placements24 is seeking a Head of Digital Banking Innovation for a fully remote leadership role. You will architect the digital transformation, drive product strategy, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver customer-centric banking solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field required.
MBA or equivalent highly desirable.
10+ years in digital product management/innovation in banking & finance.
Proven track record launching and scaling digital banking products.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the digital banking innovation strategy and roadmap.
Lead ideation, development, and launch of new digital products and features (mobile, online platforms, fintech integrations).
Oversee transformation roadmap aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, developers, and data scientists.
Conduct market research to identify trends, technologies, and disruptions in financial services.
Foster a culture of experimentation and agile development with rapid prototyping.
Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and compliance for successful delivery.
Develop KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
Manage relationships with technology partners, fintechs, and vendors.
Champion customer-centric design throughout the organization.
