Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in digital strategy, product management, or innovation roles.
• Proven track record of developing and launching digital products or services in the banking sector.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including mobile banking, AI, blockchain, and data analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster innovation in a complex organization.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital banking strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
