Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Digital Banking Specialist to join a fully remote team in South Africa. You will shape the digital banking experience, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate across IT, marketing and service teams to deliver user-centric online banking enhancements.

You will analyze user data, drive optimization initiatives, and stay ahead of fintech trends, all while working in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years in digital banking, product management, or related role.
Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products or features.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital banking user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in digital banking services.
Manage the lifecycle of digital banking products from ideation to launch and optimization.
Collaborate with IT, marketing and customer service to ensure seamless integration of digital banking solutions.
Monitor KPIs for digital banking channels and report progress to stakeholders.
Stay updated on fintech trends and emerging technologies relevant to digital banking.
