Placements24’s client, a progressive financial institution, seeks a Senior Digital Banking Product Manager to lead the digital product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, enabling remote work from anywhere.

The role emphasizes developing customer-centric digital banking solutions, analytics-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with UX, engineering, marketing, and compliance to drive growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in business/tech/finance or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital products in banking/finance.
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products (mobile apps, online platforms).
• Deep understanding of agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UX design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with financial regulations for digital banking and remote team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital banking products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, operations and compliance.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize features for timely delivery of digital solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies and regulatory changes.
