Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital banking, product management, or related role in Banking & Finance.
• Proven track record of developing and launching digital products or features.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
• Experience with web and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in digital banking platforms and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital banking user experience across web and mobile apps.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in digital banking services.
• Manage the lifecycle of digital banking products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
