Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll own targeting, budgeting, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, making calls on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, while driving ROAS improvements and client growth. This is a remote full-time role servicing US, Canada and SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Excellent English on live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Budget calls, roadmap & narrative in client calls.
• Handle targeting, bidding, testing and optimization.
• Provide 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps.
• Drive account growth and long-term relationships.
