Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer strategy, budgets, and narrative on performance calls, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations. This full-time, remote role supports campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You’ll optimize ROAS and CPA, collaborate with multiple clients, and work with US-based stakeholders on live calls.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads platforms and optimization.
• Agency background managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels; ensure attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with performance storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
