Job summary

Placements24 partners with a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm to hire an Account Development Representative. The role is remote-first and targets the Kimberley region and surrounding areas to identify and qualify prospective customers and generate interest in security solutions.

You will initiate contact via outbound calls, emails, and social selling, qualify leads, and schedule demonstrations for Account Executives while keeping CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude toward sales challenges.
• Genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers.
• Initiate contact via outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of cybersecurity products.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify opportunities.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities.
