Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• A dedicated home office space with a stable internet connection.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
• Must be located in or willing to work remotely from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, or within South Africa.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service excellence.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support channels.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex technical or service issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Educate customers on how to use products and services effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to knowledge base articles.
