Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through common technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
