You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in the CRM, processing returns, and collaborating with sales and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
