Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Care Agent to handle inbound inquiries with empathy and efficiency. You will resolve issues, provide accurate product information, and ensure a positive customer journey from start to finish, all from a home office setup connected to the Paarl region in Western Cape.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff following established protocols.
• Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management.
• Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge to assist customers.
• Adhere to company guidelines and performance metrics for service quality.
