You will maintain support records in the CRM and escalate complex issues while contributing to knowledge base enhancements. A minimum of four years in customer support and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a customer support or helpdesk role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.
