Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Support Agent to join a fully remote team serving customers across South Africa. The role demands excellent communication and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience from home.

You'll handle inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, process orders and returns, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service. Remote-friendly, with training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• E-commerce familiarity preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and patient demeanor.
• Proficient with computers, email, and common online tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
