Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ranging from basic inquiries to complex technical problems.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
