Placements24 is seeking dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing virtual support team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat with exceptional service.

You will apply strong communication and problem‑solving skills to resolve issues, maintain CRM records, and contribute to overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or call center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency with computers and common office applications.
