Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Relations Officer to join a fully remote team, nurturing client relationships, resolving issues, and maximizing value from our offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor and coordinate with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven remote experience in customer relations or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency
