Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Engagement Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting customers in the Soweto region. You will proactively engage with customers to drive satisfaction, gather feedback, and build loyalty, acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications
