Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Manager to join a fully remote team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive product adoption, and maximize lifetime value from anywhere in South Africa.

You will monitor client health, address risks, coordinate with internal teams, and advocate for customers to inform product improvements. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or a similar client-facing role.
