Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Success Advocate to join our fully remote team, supporting clients mainly in Mossel Bay. You will nurture relationships, ensure customers extract maximum value, and drive adoption and retention in a remote, client-focused environment.

You will onboard new clients, monitor usage, address inquiries, and collaborate with product teams to relay feedback and showcase value through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships remotely.
• A passion for customer advocacy and driving client value.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and train them for successful adoption.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.
• Monitor client usage and satisfaction to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and escalations.
