Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Engagement Specialist to join a fully distributed team. You will support customers in Stellenbosch and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor to drive outcomes and maximize value.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong relationships, and proactive growth opportunities. You will engage customers through regular meetings, reviews, and strategic guidance while collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless journey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably remote.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and engagement tools.
