Responsabilités

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
