Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate and efficient Remote Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service from home, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat for our client’s retail products and services.

You will be the first point of contact, resolving order tracking, returns, product information, and general questions, while maintaining detailed records and elevating issues to the right teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Familiarity with retail operations and e-commerce processes.

Responsibilities
