Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our client’s support team, working entirely from home in George. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering excellent service and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.

You’ll document interactions in the CRM, escalate complex problems, and contribute to team metrics. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with a reliable internet

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively across multiple communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Document all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system with high accuracy.
• Identify and upscale priority issues or complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
