Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably remote.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Proficiency with common office software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities
