Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Associate to join a growing virtual support team. Based remotely but connected to Benoni, Gauteng, you will be the primary contact for customers, addressing needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, proven success in a remote setting, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers through remote channels (email, chat, phone) to provide support and information.
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with remote team members and other departments for a unified approach.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of support processes and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
