Based in South Africa, you can work from home anywhere, with a flexible schedule and ongoing training to develop your customer service skills. This role supports clients nationwide, including the East London region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide detailed information regarding products, services, billing, and account management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.
• Document all customer communications, actions taken, and resolutions within the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvements.
