Placements24 is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation in a remote-first environment. You will develop financial models, evaluate investments, and provide insights to senior leadership to drive profitable growth.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 6+ years in corporate finance, strong modeling skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and FP&A.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a remote setting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop complex financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide variance explanations.
