The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD or sales within professional services, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is required.
• MBA is a plus and enhances leadership abilities.
• Proven track record in professional services sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and articulate consulting solutions.
• Prepare proposals and close deals with negotiations.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends and CRM activity to identify opportunities.
