Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for a fast-growing international SaaS company. This remote-first role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across South Africa.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate complex deals, collaborate with sales/marketing/product teams, and travel occasionally for client meetings or events. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in BD or sales in SaaS are preferred; you thrive in a remote setup and excel at

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years in business development, sales, or partnerships in SaaS.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and drive revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the SaaS market.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients and partners.
Negotiate and close complex deals with favorable terms.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align BD efforts.
Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
Develop proposals and presentations to showcase value proposition.
Manage the BD lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
