Placements24, a forward-thinking construction management firm, seeks a Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support project teams. This fully remote role involves admin support, documentation, and coordinating communication across Gauteng projects, including Soweto.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in construction coordination, excellent organization and time management, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in construction project coordination or administration.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and lifecycles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily project tasks and administrative support.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including drawings, permits, and reports.
• Track project progress and update databases and systems.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with preparation of project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor RFI and submittal logs.
• Support procurement and vendor management processes.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and project protocols.
• Help resolve minor project-related issues remotely.
