Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively from a remote location.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Maintain and update project schedules, track key milestones, and report on progress.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors via various digital platforms.
• Assist Project Managers with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
• Manage the online document repository and ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and tracking material deliveries remotely.
