Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Teams, Asana, Procore) and digital document management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to project managers for ongoing construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports, in a digital format.
• Assist with tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients in a virtual setting.
• Support the procurement process by coordinating vendor information and documentation.
