Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Project Coordinator to support construction operations from anywhere in South Africa. You will oversee administrative and logistical workflows for multiple sites, focusing on Richards Bay area projects, coordinating with site teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar administrative role in construction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in remote environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard PM tools.
• Relevant qualification in administration or PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and directing project activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and team communications across locations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying risks or delays.
• Facilitate information flow between sites, clients, and head office.
• Manage project-related correspondence and timely inquiries.
