Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in social work, case management, community outreach, or a similar client support role.
• Experience assisting individuals with accessing social services or navigating complex systems.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills with virtual rapport-building ability.
• Proficient in using digital tools (video conferencing, chat) and case management software.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity, empathy, and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual guidance and support for social services (housing, food security, employment, healthcare).
• Help clients identify needs and navigate resources via online platforms, phone, and video.
• Assist clients in completing applications and gathering documentation.
