You will be a trusted advisor, pro-actively identifying client needs, guiding success plans, and driving retention and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to each client's goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress, risks, and expansion opportunities.
• Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements.
• Proactively address client challenges and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor client health metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
