Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a proactive Customer Success Manager for a fully remote team in South Africa. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive adoption, and ensure customers derive value from our SaaS solutions.

You will monitor health metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with sales to identify upsell opportunities while representing the voice of the customer to product and marketing. A 3–5 year CS track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or account management in SaaS
• Experience with enterprise-level clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actions
• Remote work discipline and self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Monitor client health and engagement, identify risks and opportunities
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
• Drive product adoption and user engagement
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with sales
• Advocate for customers internally and share feedback
• Develop and execute success plans to meet objectives
• Onboard new clients ensuring smooth implementation
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
