Placements24 is seeking dedicated Remote Client Support Specialists to join a fully remote team based in South Africa. You will be the main contact for clients, resolving issues and guiding through product features.

This remote role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM experience. Work from home with flexible hours from Vereeniging, Gauteng, and access to training and support to help you deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues, providing clear and concise solutions.
• Guide clients through product features, troubleshooting steps, and service offerings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify client needs and proactively offer relevant solutions or product information.
