Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Client Support Coordinator to join a fully remote team serving clients across South Africa. You’ll be the primary contact for inquiries, onboarding new clients, and solving technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will document interactions, create helpful tutorials, and work with sales and product teams to relay feedback. A self-starter with strong communication and organization will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via email, phone, and chat.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through initial setup and product features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's software.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, including FAQs and tutorials.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding updates, maintenance, and potential issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions for clients as needed.
• Contribute to the overall client success strategy of the company.
