Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive and skilled Client Support Representative to join their fully remote team serving clients in the Cape Town area. You will be the first line of defense for client issues, delivering timely solutions and contributing to client satisfaction and retention.

You will work with internal teams, document interactions in the support system, assist with onboarding, and help identify process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in a client-facing support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with SaaS products.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, providing clear instructions for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support cases in the company’s support system.
Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide feedback to the product and development teams.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.
Assist clients with onboarding and product usage to ensure maximum value realization.
