Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Client Support Agent to join its fully remote team in South Africa. You will provide expert assistance to national clients, resolve issues efficiently, and help deliver an outstanding client experience from your home office.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear written and verbal communication, and the use of CRM and remote support tools. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams while enjoying flexible remote work from anywhere

Qualifications

Proven experience in client or technical support, preferably remote.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proficient with CRM software and remote support tools.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; methodical issue resolution.
Self-motivated to work autonomously from a home office.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert remote support to clients via phone, email, and secure messaging.
