Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a professional Client Liaison Officer to support clients remotely while backing the Paarl base in Western Cape. You will act as the main communication bridge, maintaining relationships and ensuring client needs are understood and met efficiently.

This fully remote role leverages your communication skills to deliver excellent service, manage multiple client accounts, and contribute to client satisfaction from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in client liaison or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and client management tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactively communicate updates, information, and solutions to clients.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Address and resolve client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve service offerings.
• Schedule and conduct regular client check-ins and meetings.
