Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through partnerships and reseller networks across South Africa. This remote role supports the East London, Eastern Cape market with occasional travel to partner sites.

You will recruit, enable, and motivate channel partners, set targets, provide training, and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to generate opportunities. A strong track record in indirect sales and CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in channel sales or indirect sales management.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and enable channel partners.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners aligned with objectives.
• Provide training and enablement to partners to maximize performance.
• Set targets and metrics, monitor progress, and optimize programs.
• Build collaborative relationships with partner organizations and marketing teams.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives to generate leads and opportunities.
• Manage partner agreements, pricing, and deal registrations.
• Travel occasionally to meet partners as needed.
