You will be the central hub for all logistical planning, troubleshooting potential issues before they arise, and communicating effectively with both the kitchen and client-facing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of catering staff for various events, ensuring adequate staffing levels and appropriate skill distribution.
• Manage the logistics of equipment, supplies, and menu items, ensuring timely delivery to event venues and proper return.
• Liaise closely with the culinary team to confirm menu requirements, preparation timelines, and transportation needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed event logistics plans, including run sheets, floor plans, and contact lists.
• Monitor event progress remotely and proactively identify and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise, communicating solutions effectively to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment usage, and staff hours for billing and operational analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, event planning, or operations management, preferably within the catering or hospitality sector.
