Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering events from initial client contact through to post-event follow-up, managing the process entirely remote.

• Liaise with culinary teams , vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain comprehensive event records and utilize CRM systems for client and event management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator , Event Planner, or in a similar client-facing role within the catering or hospitality industry.
