Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Case Manager to support individuals and families across regions, including Mossel Bay. The role focuses on autonomous caseload management, client assessments, and coordination of services from a home office.

You will work with diverse clients, maintain accurate records in digital systems, and communicate clearly with families and providers via video calls and online platforms.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Case Manager or similar role with assessment and planning skills.
• Excellent proficiency with remote work tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients remotely with ongoing support.
